Sir Acharya Prafulla Chandra Roy

Sir Acharya Prafulla Chandra Roy World renowned scientist and chemist Sir Acharya Prafulla Chandra Roy (P, C, Roy) was born on 2 August 181 in Raruli on the banks of the Kopotaksh River in Paikgachha Upazila of Khulna. From 18 to 180 he spent four years in the village primary school. Then in 181 he was admitted to Calcutta Hair School. After completing his studies there, he was admitted to the Albert School in 184. From there he passed Entrance in 18 and FA in 181. Gilchrist moved to the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom in 182 with a bachelor's degree in honors from Presidency College. From here he took B.Sc degree. Prafulla Chandra, who is doing research in chemistry, surprised the world by inventing basic substances like Marquirus Nitrite. He received honorary PhD in 18, DSC in 189, CI in 1911, DSC in 1912 and knighthood in 1997. In private life he was unmarried. Numerous service organizations established by him at home and abroad are still providing human services. The birth and death anniversaries of Father Nitrite, a world-renowned scientist, have been celebrated by the government for the last few years at the residence of Sir P. C. Roy at Raduli. At present, the birth of P. C. Roy is being preserved by the Archaeological Department of the Vita Government. Sir Jagadish Chandra Bose as well as C, C Roy have glorified Bengalis in their rare pursuits at home and abroad. , C. Roy was simultaneously a scientist, philosopher and artist. The great man and scientist Sir Acharya Prafulla Chandra Roy passed away on 16 June 1944.

Roy Binod Bihari Sadhu

Roy Binod Bihari Sadhu was born on 26th Baishakh Shuklasthami 1296 BS. He grew up in Binod Bhavan in the lap of father Yadav Chandra Sadhu and mother-companion Devi. Kapilmuni is a small town named after Muni Kapil in the Mahabharata. He lost his father when he was young and dropped out of school from 6th class. He started the business on the advice of his father, businessman Gyan and Sir P. C. Roy. He established a mill of pure mustard oil in Calcutta. From there he was established and spent his life in this house now located in Kapilmuni. This Dikpal of the world of fame and business passed away on 3 Magh of Bengal 1342.

Well-known writer Kazi Emdadul Haque

Kazi Emdadul Haque, best known for his novel "Abdullah", is one of the leading Bengali Muslim prose writers of the early twentieth century. He was born on 4 November 1442 in Gadaipur village of Paikgachha upazila of Khulna district. He was admitted to Khulna District School in 1890 after completing his schooling. He passed the entrance examination in 1896. In 1896 he passed the FA examination from Calcutta Madrasa. He then passed MA from Calcutta University with a degree from Calcutta Presidency College. Commenting on the content of the novel presented by Qazi Emdadul Haq "Abdullah", Abdul Qadir said that the novel "Abdullah" gives a perfect picture of the situation prevailing in the Bengali Muslim society at the beginning of the twentieth century. But the social life of that day and all these problems of the individual people that Abdullah created conflicts and obstacles is a beautiful picture of him. Although Kazi Emdadul Haque was the author of a variety of truths, his main achievement was the novel "Abdullah".

Danbir Meher Musalli

Meher Musalli is one of the virtuous and noble people who were born and arrived in Paikgachha upazila of Khulna district. He was born in a poor family in the village of Gadaipur in Bengal in 1248. The people of the area gave him the title of Murli as a person of service and care. Since there was no land, he used to sell jhatar kati to run his family. Coolie used to go to different ghats and markets. One day, he donated all the money saved after the family to an organization of scientist PC Roy. Surprised by his donation, P. C. Roy gave him the title of the best monster. He also set an eye-catching example for the welfare of humanity by planting hundreds of trees on both sides of the government road from Paikgachha to Tala. Even after Meher's death, the contribution he has made to the welfare of humanity is still immortal to the people of the area.
